The same four steps every time. Here is what each one involves, and what it needs from you.

You get in touch
Message us on WhatsApp, call, or send an email. We reply within one working day, and a person reads it — there is no sales sequence and no form to fill in.
What we need from you
A sentence about your business and what you think you need. That is enough to start.
We talk, free
Twenty minutes about your business: who your customers are, what they need to see, and what you want the site to do. Then you get a written price. It is fixed, and the conversation costs nothing whether or not you go ahead.
What we need from you
Twenty minutes, in Albanian or English, whenever suits you.
We build it
You see the design early, before anything is built, and again before it goes live. Two rounds of changes are included. We write to you in plain language at every step — you never have to understand a technical word.
What we need from you
Your logo if you have one, photos, your opening hours and address, and a rough idea of what each page should say. About an hour of your time in total.
It goes live
We put the site online, connect your domain, set up your email, and get you into Google search. Then we keep looking after it — hosting, backups, security and small changes each month.
What we need from you
Nothing. This part is ours.

P.S.The waiting is almost always on content, not on us. Send the photos and text early and the whole thing moves faster.
